“Organizations everywhere – from startups to Fortune 500s – use WELL to prioritize the health and safety of their people, maximize real estate value, and optimize the human and social capital performance of their business.”    - well certified

It has been proven that incorporating specific elements of health and wellness into your workplace improves employee performance, engagement, retention, and significantly cuts down on sick time/workers' compensation claims.

Demand is rising in nearly every sector for health-focused office buildings, hotels, and real estate. Natasha Stocker, professional Interior Designer and WELL AP, will walk you through each aspect of this fast-growing market. You will receive simple, actionable takeaways for creating a healthier workplace, happier employees, and a healthier bottom line.

Natasha Stocker is founder and CEO of Inspired Spaces, an award-winning boutique interior design firm known for its unexpected style and bend toward sustainable and healthy building practices. Natasha started with a BA in Fine Art from UC Davis and then went on to get her Interior Design degree from FIDM, San Francisco. She worked in the construction industry and then started the business in 2005 when she was pregnant with her son. Natasha was able to juggle her growing son as well as her growing business and Inspired Spaces soon became the sought after design firm in Sonoma County.

Over the past 19 years, she has designed some of the most well-known restaurants and hotels in wine country. She has multiple industry certifications, being the one she is most proud of. The WELL designation makes her an expert in health-focused design. Health-focused design is something very near and dear to Natasha’s heart as she had been a very sick kid.

Natasha lives where she feels most alive, amongst the trees in Forestville, CA with her husband, son, and best mutt of a dog, Jasper Johns. In her spare time, Natasha is an avid reader, gardener, fly fisher, kayaker, and tea drinker. She is a lifelong fan of the Giants and her Warriors and dreams to one day design a player’s home.
