A leader’s ability to dispel generational disruption in the workplace and engage all generations culminates in three key areas.
- Understanding Mindsets
- Aligning Values
- And leveraging Performance Drivers
James will discuss using the Generational Preferences Chart to identify and act on opportunities to build stronger, more meaningful connections that lead to greater business impact, including:
- Cost Savings
- Higher Productivity
- Increased Revenue
