About Tammy

Tammy Quist is a serial entrepreneur, servant leader, and change agent. She is a small business owner, consultant, coach, and speaker with more than three decades of experience in business and leadership development in both for and non-profit sectors.

Tammy has dedicated her life to serving and empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to unleash their full potential and achieve their highest goals and aspirations. She does this through systems analysis, executive coaching, leadership training, keynote speaking, and consulting services across various industries and sectors. Tammy’s core competencies include change leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent management, collaborative leadership, and communication and relationship management.

Tammy is a mom to three adult children, grandma to one adorable grandson, and rescuer of four rambunctious pups. She enjoys creating, learning, and exploring. For fun she volunteers for her local school board as a governing board member and is responsible for an annual budget of $66M. Tammy’s small business established a district-wide student art project called A Kaleidoscope of Cultures and funds a scholarship for senior art students. She dreams about the beach and finishing her Dissertation.
