About INTEC Group Inc. Howard Chapman is the Managing Principal of the Fairfax , Va. office of INTEC Group Inc. (INTEC), a full-service firm offering architecture, interior design, and furniture procurement services with offices in Fairfax, VA, Charlotte, NC and Washington, DC. Mr. Chapman oversees INTEC’s Fairfax, Va. operations, business development, service delivery, and architectural and interior design functions. Howard has over 35 years of management experience in commercial real estate and construction, spending a significant part of his career in general contracting and commercial project management. Mr. Chapman brings a unique skill set to his work with the INTEC team, with a full understanding of all aspects of the design and built environment. Howard is widely recognized for his unique ability to provide collaborative solutions to all the various project related challenges and assist in growth and firm development. Mr. Chapman is both a LEED AP and a WELL AP and is a member of the Board of Directors of the DCBIA
