What makes you good at what you do?

Passion, Perseverance and Experience. We started Sencia in 2001 and today with 20 fulltime employees; we have a set of skills that allows us to work on any size internet/web project. Our team has successfully launched projects from as little as $2,000 and as large as $500,000.

"Why" do you do what you do (what is your "Why")

I love my job, still 16 years later. ☺  I love working with clients and seeing their companies grow. Building business relationships have been the most rewarding and look forward to growing our network outside of our local city of Thunder Bay.

How long have you been a member of your Association?

Since December 2006, which would be 11 Years

What benefits do you receive from being a member of your association? 

The ability to meet new people and spend time with them over lunch or at one of our events.

What is the biggest value you receive from being a member of your association? 

The new business relationships and the confidence to speak publicly.

Which IEA association would you like to visit and why?

I would visit any, as one currently does not stand out more than any other.

Which three words would you use to describe yourself? 

Passionate, Professional, Friendly

Why are you proud to be a member of your association? 

I am proud to be part of the Thunder Bay Executives, because I get to be in a group of other business owners and operators that all have the same goals.

What makes your association unique? 

This is hard one, I am not sure if we are unique, but our smaller size of only 30 or so members allows each lunch to be able to see, share and listen to each of the other members. Often times our lunch goes over in time as we carry on our day to day conversations on what is going on in today’s business world.
