The IEA Board of Directors and committee chairs are volunteers and we are in need of more committee members to further the mission and vision of IEA. All IEA executive associations should have a voice in IEA and joining a committee is your voice.
Explore your interests, enhance your network and contribute to the success and visibility of your company and local executives’ association by joining an IEA committee. Your innovative ideas and knowledge are important assets.
The following committees are in need of more members. Committees meet by phone and e-mail. It is not a big time commitment. Please reach out to the committee chair if you have questions and/or to join their committee.
IEA Marketing Committee: The marketing committee is tasked with developing and implementing a marketing plan for IEA. Increasing the visibility of IEA benefits all of us. Last year this committee worked on the new IEA website which was recently launched.

IEA Membership Development Committee: The membership development committee communicates with non-IEA member executives associations in an effort to identify and recruit associations to join IEA. As we continue to grow the IEA membership, we expand our networking opportunities for generating new ideas, global peer to peer support, and referrals for finding new members for our local associations.

IEA Networking Committee: This committee is charged with fostering networking opportunities between IEA associations and their members. Last year they developed a Top 10 List on How To Benefit From Your IEA Membership. This year they will be working on a testimonial video project to highlight examples from the Top 10 List. Also for 2017, they are hosting regional conference calls for executive associations to share ideas on membership recruitment, fundraising, leads, etc.
