Looking to join the IEA site on Linked-In?
Here are some simple instructions on how to network in the newest way through Linked-In.

  1. If you do not already have a Linked-In Account, you will have to create one at www.linkedin.com
  2. Go to the “Groups” tab at the top of the page.   A drop down menu will appear – choose “My Groups”
  3. 3.    Once this page appears, go to the “Search Groups” button at the upper right and type in “International Executives Association
  4. A list of groups will appear, and there are several pages.  Currently the IEA Group is listed on Page 4.  Look and you will find it.
  5. Once you find the IEA Group, click on the link to the right of the name which says “Join this group”   This will generate an e-mail to the site manager, and in it you should state who you are and what association you belong to.  Otherwise, we will have to write back to you and confirm that you are an IEA member before allowing you to join.
  6. That’s it.  Now start typing.  Get those questions onto the Discussion Board and let’s see what happens.
